Must Have Shoes For Summer 2014: Part II ~ It's Raining Pink! (20% off coupon code)

As promised, I'm back with another Spring/Summer Shoe post! Here, I'll be covering some of the prettiest of Pink footwear to dress up your feet this season.

Did you know about the many variations the color pink has and what each of them means? As I was reading about different hues and their uses the other day, I came upon this article. I thought of sharing a bit with my amazing readers here, while composing this post about Pink Shoes! So, here goes.

The many shades of Pink

Blush: Similar to skin color, this very pale pink has sensual and sexual connotations. It is non-threatening but lacks passion and energy.

Rose Pink: This is the pink of universal love and unity. It is mature, feminine and intuitive.

Salmon Pink: There is a touch of orange in salmon pink. It encourages the flirt, and can be a sign of the timid lover, all talk and no play.

Orchid: This is an unusual lavender-pink and relates to the unconventional and the individual doing his or her own thing. It is the non conformist.

Fuchsia: A blend of deep pink and blue, fuchsia inspires confidence, assurance and maturity, a more responsible and controlled nurturing and love.

Hot Pink: Hot pink inspires a more passionate, playful and sensual love. It exudes warmth and happiness and a love of life.

Pink shoes are said to be the ultimate expression of feminine footwear. Be it dressy heels or comfy sneakers, pink is one color that many girls, no matter what their age, tend to crave. I absolutely love my Blush colored sequined flats! I team them up with a white top and plain blue jeans or a nice black outfit.
